Food taste decent. A bit salty but still acceptable. Nowadays the dishes normally come with too much sauce. Delivery on time. Flexible to skipping meal.

Repeated order. Food tastes ok only the fried vegetable is mostly salty. The variety is getting less. The main dish is always either fried fish or chicken. Sometimes exactly the same dish appears 2 times a week.

Affordable with generous portions, usually early but sometimes late, vegetables sometimes not fresh.

Food was decent just that the delivery time was too early at 3pm+ for dinner! My girl loves the soup.

The first time that I renewed but this time, the variety of food and quality seem to be poorer than the first time when I signed up.
The taste and quality does not seem to match up to the first time when we had.
Therefore decide to switch to take a break from hewtop.
However, the overall value still rank among one of the top.

This is my 54th order from Hewtop. Meals provided this round, some day the soups and dishes are vert salty, suggest their chef need to take note. Thank you

Overall still not too bad. Just that personally I prefer the vegetables dishes to be less starchy and oily

Hewtop is consistent in terms of being prompt and attentive in customer service. The food quality sometimes varies widely, and the quantity is just about adequate. But overall is good value.

In general quite good value for money, though the fishcakes, ngoh hiang appear quite often in the menu, and the vegetables tend to be quite soupy
