Food delivered very early at 2pm for dinner. At times can fell that the food is not fresh especially for food with gravy.

Order for 20 days Tingkat, the food was above average to me. The portions served for the food were more than enough for 2 persons and liked the caterer using metal container for food delivery which is more eco-friendly! Personally liked most of the meats served, especially the fried chicken wings, sweet and sour chicken, the curry chicken and the pork dishes were delicious too! Overall the food and services provided are consider 4/5 rating to me. Thank you seller for your efforts to provide good food to your customers.

I would say the tingkat order is value for money with regards to food quality and delivery service.

Improvement in the choice of food provided, not everyday a dish of processed fried food which can easily bought off the shelf from supermarket

Cook makes sure dishes are varied and explores with new combinations some times, didn't get bored of the food at all. On days when the food is delicious, I feel nutritioned

Third time placing order with them. as usual their food has always been up to expectations and their variety of food never fail to surprise us. however, occasionally, they may overlook special requests like non spicy dishes but will correct them as soon as they receive the feedback. communication with them via whatsapp has always been effective with very prompt responses. will be ordering again for the forth time next week.

The meat dishes were generally good.
The veggies were less tasty, quite plain. Wouldnt say its bad, seems healthy for sure.

Taste and portion good, not too salty, except for the ikan bilis peanuts.
Delivery time used to be 10.30am but now suddenly became 11.30am. Suggest to inform if there's big time change from usual cos need to plan morning schedule.

The food portion is reasonable for 1 person. Delivery on time. Good, responsive and friendly customer service.
