Tasty food.. variation is acceptable also.. been renewing this caterer for the third time already.. so far so good

These 2 nights of dinner were my personal least favourite. One of it has tofu cheese, fried sotong balls, minced pork and stir fry potatoes(quite good). It wasn’t good overall to me personally as it has 2 pre-cooked frozen dish.
The other dinner is just as disappointing. No meat on the pork knuckles, only skins and bones. While only a few slices of thin meat stir fry with onions

Food is always improperly packed. The soup was packed in a slanted manner and all the soup spilled all over the plastic bag with nothing left in the container for us to drink. Feedback to customer service already still like that. In the end, cancelled the order.

Repeat buyer. Overall better service now, no more spilling of soup. Vege turned sour only once.
The new problem is the vege can get very very salty sometimes (twice or thrice in 20 days).

The quantity portion is ok. Need to improve on the variety of dishes. Taste is ok, just like home cook

The dishes are quite good, and my family likes them. The price is acceptable also. Will order again.

As usual, the food from hewtop never disappoints. its fresh, has wide variety and not too salty. i have been with hewtop for the past 5 years! and counting!

During the whole cycle, I only saw leafy green vegetable once or twice. The vegetable are mostly shredded cucumber & carrot, or winter melon or radish. Nothing else seen in the vegetable (very plain). The same vegetable can also get back the same soup (eg. Winter melon soup & winter melon vege). Soup are mostly just liquid & vegetable, or beaten eggs & small pieces of tomato. Meat is very limited - mostly big bones with very little meat. Decided not to continue because feel not worth the money, boring menu and lacks nutrient for family
