The food is generally fine & up to my expectation. However, there was a hiccup where I indicated non spicy, but the catering sent us spicy food. It was rectified after I informed the caterer. The food was also delivered early at 2.30pm. It will be good if it can delivered at 4.30pm.

Some improvements to the dishes are as follows:

For the seasonal vegetable, we would prefer some spinach or cabbage. We would also prefer occasionally to have ikan bilis.

We would also prefer sometimes the dishes to be steam (fish) instead of every time fried fish.

Good homecook food with reasonable quantity! been with them for 2 yrs and counting. Will continue again! recommended!

I have engaged 3 tingkat services till date and Hewtop is probably the best thus far. The food quality is slightly better than the other 2 and they are pretty generous with the rice. I also appreciate that they use tingkat instead of plastic containers. I only hope for the soup which they had to use plastic container, a cover should be given instead of wrapping the top (quite cumbersome to open it). Hewtop should also consider offering Brown rice as an option. Good job for now :)

The food varieties change slightly recently. But I feel they tend to repeat their menus... i.e. You can see repeated dishes/soup during the same week. Can work on that part. Rice seems better this time, less moist and more solid.

Overall food is quite standard or normal. Flavour wise, not too bad, at least it is not bland. Have been with them a year plus now, the menu doesn't really recycle. No 'great' ingredients. Soup needs improvement.

The delivery of lunch tingkat was good. The food varies everyday and taste are not too salty or oily.

Food and service is superb. Caterer listen to our feedback. There was once when I mentioned about some issues with the rice and they change immediately. There was also once when our food was stolen and caterer waive off that meal. The dishes are fantastic too. We had prawns a few times in a month. I've already renewed my order within them at least 2 times now. Will continue to engage hewtop.

Been ordering for a period of time already. Want to see more new taste and varieties choice. More flavours of soups also. Now still haven’t have brown rice healthy rice option...

Food was good delivery is mostly on time and with no error. Can make changes to delivery dates. Will be reordering
