All packed in microwave containers. The food was similar to boarding school dormitory catering, not bad. Good value for money. No additional condo charge. The delivery man arrive around 10 in the morning with contactless delivery which is good. The customer service is responsive in inquiry and send pics with printed confirmation prior to delivery.

Have been ordering from Hewtop several times. They are consistent with their quality. Will continue to repeat my orders

Have repeatedly ordered from them. Good for value food with big portions. Hopefully they will have like an upgraded version to provide more options.

Service is good. Food quality inconsistent at times. But I am a long-time customer so I hope food quality would improve.

Food is so so. Most of the green leaves vegetables are horrible. Vegetables sometimes not fresh and too soggy. Maybe they cooked early and deliver late.

For the meat, sometimes is not presentable and dont feel like eating it.
Their package of vegetables and meat in a single meal just dont match.
Sometimes the food are too salty.

At first i opt for 4 dishes... the last one was always PROCESSED FOOD, which i find it really not the worth to have it. After 2 weeks i changed to 3 dishes and 1 soup. (Sick of the processed food)

Very not happy with the delivery timing.
very late some times 1pm, 1.30.pm.

ONLY GREAT IS THE SOUP.

Portion is big for 2 pax. Most dishes taste decent only a couple that weren't so great. Delivery time is around 4pm.

Food overall was okay. but a little sad that 4th dish is always fried food. There were also times that the gravy all leaked out...General catering food taste but value for money! Food delivered at around 3+..which was tooo early....

Delivery time is consistent. Food tastes good and portion is just right. 4th dish is usually fried so changed to soup dish during renewal.

This is my continue order from Hewtop. Good food quality and variety are acceptable. Delivery brother always come on time.
