The portion of vegetables and meat is sometime less than normal days. Their rice is of abundance. Orders without chilli but sometime dishes came with chilli. The caterer does try to accommodate by giving us no bones for certain meat dishes. Avoid vegetable that have strong taste.

Overall the food is acceptable, always delivered before 12pm. The portion is sufficient for 2 pax, sometimes I can even keep extra for dinner.

Food is always delivered early at around 2pm for dinner delivery. This is good as I’m able to enjoy the flexibility to have early dinner while my baby is taking an afternoon nap. The portion for one pax is just nice. The variety is ok. The best part is they do not charge extra for doorstep delivery for condominium customers.

Dishes are delicious and of wide range of variety. Delivery is usually on time. Repeat order. Highly recommended.

Food tastes is so so.
Some food is repeating after 2 weeks.
Can't believe peanut with ikan billis can consider a dish somemore will repeat after 2 weeks.

Most of the days food okay. Athough I have stated clearly don't want seafood, it still come with it for some days. The soup consider nice (less oil and not salty) for the days when it doesn't come with seafood taste. So in general food taste still okay.

For delivery time, sometimes it reach my place after 12pm which I consider it quite late. Because I'm working so need to follow lunch hour.

Prompt delivery. very good in respond from the customer service. the food can be improved especially the vegetable.

Food is up to expectation. Generally dishes are not oily and tastes good. Soup is good too but the quantity is not standard, sometimes the soup is only half filled and not enough for 2 persons. Hope this can be improved.

I have been using this tingkat caterer for several months. Food delivery was timely, food portions are of reasonable amount. Food has a good variety, not too salty and not too oily. Soup has good taste. Soup is delivered in sealed packing and so far, the quality is acceptable for the price.
