Food was good as usual . The delivery was on time and taste was good. Like the variety that it provides.

Overall the food is ok and the portion is just nice. The soup is not oily and tastes good. But there is not much variety and have been seeing steamed eggs for many times and sometimes the meat are hard. Hope they have prawns every week and maybe add in fried eggs or omelette and fried food. Also the price has increased to include GST so hope they can increase their variety too.

Most of the food keep repeat, but the quantity is generous compared to other tingkat that we have tried.

The food quality is good, deliver on time and customer service fast respond. Satisfied with their service.

Food comprised of 2 dishes of vegetable and 1 meat and 1 soup. Soup does not have much ingredient inside.

Service was alright but food was becoming less and less acceptable. Hence we have decided to discontinue and will try another caterer for tingkat.

Good variety of dishes and timely delivery. Environmentally friendly to allow choosing tingkat container (dinner) instead of disposable container.

The food is worse than what the zoo animals eat. The "seasonal veg" dishes looks like scraps thrown together. In 1 week, we received 2 mala dishes. Dont be fooled by the menu you see, they hardly follow it. Note the disclaimer that dishes may be subject to changes. The cook doesnt seem to be interested to be whipping up dishes, everything is half-heartedly prepared. Sausages are the high sodium type. Beansprouts had a bad sewage smell, got a diarrhea after having 1 mouthful of it. Dont be fooled by the 4 star rating you see on FL.

Overall the food is tasteful except for the rice that could be of better grade. Rice portion is quite alot so if ordering rice for 3 persons, just ask for 2 persons. The soup is recommended. Menu portion is okay for 3 persons.

The food is very delicious! And the customer service is very prompt. I have already renewed one more month of tingkat service with them.
