Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

This is the 3rd time I have repeat order. I have took a month break from the 2nd order. Preciously the food are acceptable, taste are ok. But my husband and I have 2-3 time diarrhea after the meal. However, when I contacted the customer service, they have apologize to me. I read that their service is okay, but really can be better.
This time the food is really disappointed, I guess they have changed the chef, but I'm not sure. The photos I have shared was the 2 days dishes that were spoilt. Got a smell and can't be eaten. Which the rest of the dishes were eatable. I really hope that they will improve the food quality.

Food was generally good but on the oily side and on some days, a bit on the salty side. Food came within the promised time consistently.

Caterer did some service recovery in relation to some feedback that I gave. Noticed that caterer is now GST registered.

Quite a bad experience! For two of the days, the soup was sour like it had gone bad. Contacted customer service and they agreed to do replacement the next day.

Food is acceptable, and all packed in microwave containers. Good value for money. The customer service is responsive in inquiry and send pics with printed confirmation prior to delivery.

The standard has continued to drop. Food is getting from very good to good, and now bad to worse. Will stop ordering for Hewtop after this subscription. Quite sad and disappointed though.

Food is pretty normal. Lunch arrive around 1130-12pm. Food portion quite small but acceptable for small eater.

Generally great variety of food option, and portion is okay. Once in while, the portion is not much. Vegetable dish can be improved, but overall value for money.

The soup is always the best part of the dinner. Never had tried so many variety of soup before and is always nice. Will continue for the 4th order of 20 days menu.

The food quantity were enough, all are ok, except for veggie. the food normally reach us at 5.30pm. I would still order as most days are not too bad .
