Portion is just nice for 2 Pax. Might want to work on less salt input. Best is to take out the fried finger food as a dish and input vegs instead. Taste wise is not like local food but more towards China's culinary style.

Needs to be less oily, very little meat. Can we have leafy vegetables instead of always cabbage or lettuce.

Our repeat order for past 2 years or so. Food quality is ok and the price is one of the lowest. Recently the co is GST registered thus we need to pay more for the tingkat.

The daily soup taste good and variety of dishes quite nice. Decided to go for 20 days package and hopefully the standard will remain.

For the price point, this tingkat service is alright. cai fan style except for the inclusion of a soup. Good for convenience. Do note that only 20 days dinner tingkat containers are used. for lunch they use microwavable boxes.

Repeat orders for many rounds. After trying a few, mostly use back the same tingkat provider. Portions are big.

I like their new containers where they spilt each dish into separate compartments. I think this is brilliant idea in times of Covid to reduce food sharing.

Have been repeated customer over the years and do see improvements esp in consistent delivery timing, which increases reliability. Will order again. Thanks.

This is my 5th repeated order with Hewtop. The 20 days lunch set did maintain the good standard, tasty, less oily, and value for money. In addition, Condo has no additional delivery fees. Thumbs up!

The food portion was great and consistent throughout the tingkat package, the delivery timing is also consistent but the delivery man always forgotten to press the door bell, we have to feedback to the customer service team daily to finally get the delivery man to press. But overall the experience is good. No skipping of meals if you are taking 5 or 10 days unlike other tingkat for 10 days allow up to 2 days. So it is less flexible if you have plans out for the week but to not subscribe to the tingkat.
