This is my 1st time ordering Tingkat food plan. i did a lot research and read a lot reviews; then chose this one.I think the food quality is very money-worthy

Food is good..
5th time ordering with Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd.. Food is usually on time and portion are generous too.. seldom see repeated dishes.. Food is not oily and salty.. Taste just right.. But after the new batch of container used the soup always spill out.. Feedback to the caterer and was given a compensation of soup the next day..

The food was very home cooked and not salty, oily or contained any msg. The portions were juz right. The service and delivery were also very prompt. Food was delivered on time and they are one of the very few who did not charge for delivery to private housing or reject private housing delivery.

I have decided to signed up for the 20 days dinner package for 1pax.

The food was ok , reasonable for its price. sometimes the food can be too oily and salty but overall still ok.

Food is as expected based on the price you pay. Nothing exciting but nothing to complain about. Delivery is on time and there is food variety.

Have been trying out different tingkat service provider. We are happy with Hewtop menu. They seldom repeatedly giving the same meat parts in their daily cooking. Taste wise is good, so far we wont feel bored. Keep it up Hewtop.

Generous portion homecooked meal for fuss-free daily lunch! Caterer provides quite a variety of dishes and hardly repeats

I like the timing that this tingkat is delivered to the East. Food is okay. Hit & miss but can't complain. Sometimes they give things like stewed peanuts or ikan bilis with peanuts as a dish. Decent price & service.

Food portion was good, delivery time is consistent throughout the week but we have to remind the deliveryman to press the door bell every other day to their customer service team. Other than that, the experience with HewTop was great. The downside is you cannot skip meals for 10 days lunch package as well, so it will be less flexible for those who wish to make plans on certain days of the week.

I see the food quality I want to puke. Everyday almost the Same food. Either fry ettuce or fry long bean. Soup wasn't very good. Always msg soup. I want to puke when I see their food
