First time order here. The portion for 2 is generous. The soup taste was ok. Mui Choy Pork Belly consider good. But one thing is bad and disgusting which is their stir fry vegetable. The whole plate of vege is sour, I guess it had spoiled and also they didn’t even chop off the vegetable root and cook..

Very disappointing service.
On 2 out of the 5 days, my dinner arrived before 3pm (before the stipulated time). The other it arrives around early 3pm.
On two separate occasions, two dished have turned bad.
Tried to inform caterer at all the phone numbers we previously interacted, but feedback/concerns were just ignored. Not even an acknowledgement.
This is a bad deal.

While the dishes arrive early, they can be cold to the touch. Without any response from the caterer, can't help wondering if they gave us their leftover lunch dishes.

Ordered 5 days trial. Each day there is 1 vege, 1 meat (decent), while the last 2 dishes tend to be very poor (UNHEALTHY) attempt at passing off easy snacks into dishes. These are not even food the typical economical rice shops will offer, as no one will buy them!
VERY DISAPPOINTING! Will not be ordering again!!

First day the delivery of the food is 1.47pm when the food supposed to be consume before 1.30pm. Driver did not called to let us know they will be late, instead I have to call foodline customer service (as the number provided by the caterer is not valid or no working).
Then second day it say is green curry chicken but it turn out to be same food item as first day. But it might be due to no spicy request. Day three onwards then the food arrived much earlier.
One thing that is to praise is they practise contactless but they could actually still stand further if they Wan to practice contactless. But nonetheless is still good of trying contactless at this kind of situation.

There was no picture nor description of the 4th dish. It turned out that all the 4th dish were fried fish fillet, fried hash brown, fried spring roll, fried nuggets. There was another caterer which we had tried, they provided cooked dishes for all the 4th dish.

If we have a choice, we will not order this. Sometimes the food comes too early and it became sour when we get home. Delivery can be as early as 3 pm.

Food taste is ok,but the microway container is not pack very well,one day when I receive one box is broken the oil spread everywhere,cause me a lot of trouble to clean out.Meat is over cook.

This is the third time we ordered from the caterer, having renewed it twice. Unfortunately, the standards seem to be declining, with the food swimming in starchy sauce most of the time, and being a tad too salty. Additionally, timing of food is meant to be consumed by 6.30pm but it is only delivered to us at 6.30pm, leaving no time for consumption before the recommended timing.
