We signed up for 5 days. The first 2 days were quite terrible...especially the day with 黑木耳土豆 （black fungus with potato). If you look at the attached photo, there is only a sliver of black fungus （about half a piece) in the entire box! The picture was taken at the outset before we ate anything from it. It is a 3 pax portion. Quite pathetic. That day we also had HongKong steamed fish. It was frozen filet no doubt which is totally fine by us because we've been eating other tingkat (Hewtop is our third) and the fish they served were usually frozen fillets too. However the Hewtop one was mushy, stale and blend.

Having said the above, the food was quite acceptable from the 3rd day onward. Decent portion and taste. We may come back to them if we exhaust the choices. Of the 3 tingkats we've tried so far, Hong Choo ranked 1st (very generous with serving, excellent admin & delivery service but food wasn't great and they steam their eggs direct in the plastic containers which is the reason we decided to stop). Hewtop is ranked 2nd (on the days their food were good, they were even better than Hong Choo except their portions are still smaller and the delivery timing at 3 plus for dinner is not ideal) and Robert (pathetic portions, poor quality) is 3rd.

Recently the fried fish, squid not that nice, please improve on the fried items. Thank you very much.

Signed up for the 5D trial however the food is really so so and nothing to shout about...you get what you pay for...Could get a better choice from elsewhere for the same price.

The delivery time is good, just nice to meet the lunch hour. But too many frozen food served because the replaced item for soup is normally fried item.

Food quality is acceptable, except on days when they serve 2 hard-boiled eggs per pax (4 eggs for 2 pax set). But quality of soup dropped quite a bit of late. Hope Hewtop will improve on that.

Yes, food is warm. Healthy and not oily. Food portion is more than other caterer. We will continue to order.

Portions were quite big for 2 pax, food was delicious and not too oily or salty. Delivery to my location was later than my preferred lunch time but still within the promised timeframe so nothing wrong on the caterer's side. Would definitely consider ordering again.

We started ordering a few months ago. The food is consistently good at reasonable pricing. The delivery is also prompt. Will order again.
