Regular with Hew top. been with them for 2yrs and counting. good varieties of food. good portion too! recommended!

Overall the food is to my expectation, taste is ok to me, not too salty. Portion is good enough for two. I didn't take soup dish so can't comment about it. An economical home meal, as I am not a fussy eater.

I have tried a few different cater so far this one is the best suitable for me. The food is not oily, or too many source. Delivery is punctual and consistent throughout the week. I have decided to renew for another round to continue my observation.

I would think most reasonable tingkat package. They are one of the few providers that do not charge more for condo deliveries.

Generally average. Menu is quite standard. Would prefer less salt; processed food and fried items.

Friendly and polite staff that helps to meet customer's needs. I hope the caterer could come out with more vanities of dishes.

Food is nice. But would like to see more variations of dishes. Food portion is OK for two persons for consume.

OK only. But rice I think not so good quality because i always eat white rice. Their rice is a bit different from my what I used to eat. It comes a bit yellowish n the delivery siao siao wan sometimes at 930am some times at 10am n the latest was at 1pm plus

Food usually arrived quite early around 9.30am-10am, delivery man usually just hangs the food and left. So make sure you check on your door.
Food still a bit warm upon delivery so we just ate it without warming up. 2nd time ordering tingkat.
Portion was good. However, taste was so-so, and some dishes weren't to our taste, some veges have strange after-taste, and there's MSG in the food. Don't really look forward to the food after the 3rd day, lucky this is only a 5 day trial. so I wont be ordering this again. Good communication through Whatsapp, invoice and menu for the week is hardcopy and attached to tingkat.

This is my repeat order. As before, the food quality matches my tastes, and isn't too salty. Food quantity was sufficient. Would say they're generally on time, with maybe a half hour difference, which could be due to the weather.
