Ordered so many times with them.. still our favourite caterer after all.. will continue to order for our family via foodline..

Portion is generous. Food taste nice but sometimes vegetables items are not kids-friendly (e.g. full of hard stent portions).

Acceptable tasting food as a reasonable price. However can reduce the amount of processed food like hotdog . Food was delivered on time . variety of food and menu offered was varies and wide. General food was alright.

Generous portion with a variety of dishes that hardly repeat over the course of my subscription with them (over a year!)

As usual delivery uncle arrive around 12+ which is just nice as my lunch time is at 1pm.
Order confirmation service is fast. I have try 1 caterer, their order confirmation service is no good. Take so long to confirm and acknowledge. You will be wondering if they are able to fulfill your request. If no, just reply cannot, why drag for so long.

Food standard is above average. Food portion is good too. Very value for money and trustworthy delivery.

Food was average and below average at times. Delivery for dinner is quite early, reach at 3 plus. Expect to see processed food like luncheon meat.

One major plus point is they don't use chinese parsley! Food are delicious in general, not much repeats and lots of varieties. Fish and pork didn't taste too good on certain days though. Have to wash tingkat if selected; wasn't aware before ordering. Food came rather early at 3pm+ probably because we stay near their central kitchen. So far so good; have ordered another round.

My mum & i was impressed on the food serve. It is delicious and portion is nice.
Delivery Uncle was polite and punctual. Room for improvement: Rice(Sometimes to hard/sometimes too soft).

The soup is nice but the pork is a bit too thick. The Tau Kwa is nice too. However most of the time the vegetable turn bad quick quickly.
