Acceptable, soup is quite bland, prefer rice to be in container instead of microfoam boxes, passable.

Food quality is good. Good spread of dishes throughout the week, comes in microwaveable containers for reheating.

Their food is delivered on time and also very tasty except there were 2 times whereby they included fried stuff like fried eggs and also the pork has certain portions which were red. Otherwise Hewtop is one of the better caterers I had engaged since 16 July onwards. They are also very receptive and responsive to feedback from customers. As I ordered both lunch and dinner so they helped to prepare different dishes for lunch. Keep up the good work, Hewtop!

Timely order confirmation and delivery for dinner. Good that can use their tingkat instead of plastic containers to reduce waste.
Dishes have good variety and taste. Pork ribs dish too bony no meat.
