The price was increased beginning of the year but portion was generous. Now the portion is getting much lesser, and not much variety. Get more or less the same thing - chicken wings, fried spring roll, samosa...
I specifically indicate I don't want pork, yet I received a dish of pork. Used to get replacement the next day. Now, the reply is just "I inform the kitchen'. Getting upset with this caterer.
The only unchanged good point is the delivery. Always on time

The food has++may not be of the highest quality, but the quantity is decent, and Hewtop has consistently delivered good value and service

The food is ok but consistency is an issue, such as vege turned sour for few days, soup amount reduced for a few days, leaking etc.

Caterer with tasty food.. my father always tingkat food from other provider.. but so far no complain on hewtop

I have ordered from Hewtop since 2022 and would like to leave a review as this company is doing very well. Food tasty and arrived within the expected timing. Honest have been late for only few times in last 4 years. The customer service both foodline and hewtop are helpful and responsive too. Everything has been great so far. Highly recommend!

The vegetables, apart from cabbages, are Okay. The chicken curry is one of their best dishes. Would prefer not to have 2 pre-frozen finger foods in a meal
