Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

Price wise, this is attractive. Lunch delivery ranged from 1230 to 1pm which is still acceptable. Taste wise, this is similar to cai fan stall. But i do get thirsty after each meal; not sure if it's from the soup or dishes. Soup can look pathetic at times when there's lack of stuff there eg. veg. For 2pax, they will drop in 2 fishballs.
Rice portion is alot so if you are not a big rice eater can consider sharing 1 rice for 2pax.

It is convenient and help to ease the burden to prepare lunch especially in my hectic working hour. The food delivered on time.

It was our first time ordering tingkat and we chose Hewtop because of their trial promo for 5 days. I have converted to their 20 days package. Delivery is always on time! Kudos to the team!

It was okay. Value for money. But tbh, another caterer i tried was better. But this is cheaper. I would say if you want to find good value with soup, then go ahead. I am not sure why this caterer has 4stars. Food very average only.

Food and service is okay. For one of the days, there was one bowl of soup that was not delivered but the caterer offered to compensate it the next day.

This is ordered for my brother's family. Mix of dish is quite unique but unfortunately not to their liking.

The customer service was superb. Prompt reply and very polite. Caterer allowed me to change to 3 dishes + 1 soup as I previously have opt for 4 dishes.

Food was okay. Been ordering for a period of time already. Of course would like to see more new taste and varieties choice. More flavours of soups also. Want to have brown rice healthy rice option! Thanks!!

Food was good, portion is good and soup is not salty, we have decided to continue with this caterer after trying several others.

Delivery was early, so have to put in fridge after receiving. The children seemed to enjoy the food from this caterer more, so we extended a further 20days with them.
