The dishes are not salty or oily and have clearly been cooked using healthier preparation methods. However, the taste still suited our palates. Portion size on some days could be increased. A lot of rice is provided compared to outside hawkers, so one could consider ordering less! The customer service hotline was very helpful with my queries and very friendly. Overall, Hewtop is a great choice but would be better with larger portion sizes.

Repeated order for tingkiat. If you are looking for a caterer who are creative in dishes, good taste. This is the caterer that you should go for. Good customer service as well!

Generally ok although some dishes tend towards being a bit saltish. timely delivery. portion is sufficient for my wife and me.

Food variety need to change more portion not consistent most of the Time not enough not sure is it because I chose no fish with bone and no spicy

Most of the food are nice. The food taste is quite consistent, not very oily or salty. There might have some food that‘s repeated twice, but my husband and I are fine.

We like their food portion. Is sufficient for 2 px.

However, I have 1 comment about the vegetables not being washed properly. As we can taste the bitterness (pesticides). Have feedback twice to the company. There’s improvement after my feedback and it was bitter the next week. Hope that they can keep this in mind.

Other than that, we are satisfied with the food. So we are giving this caterer a 2nd chance, and renew another 20 days.

The standard of the food is around 70%. Most of the time the food is delicious but sometimes the food is tasteless. We like all kinds of prawn dishes like butter prawns, herb prawns...
The customer service is prompt and helpful. Food delivery is on time.
