Food was not salty and close to home taste. Received rather early at 930am though it is on time, just that too early to take it as lunch.

Good homecooked meal with interesting menu items, since I ordered 4dishes, my 4th dish is always a surprise. Well packed in microwave containers, delivered quite early for my area at 4pm. HewTop offer affordable prices among the other caterers, I have been using them since Nov 2020. Other than the early delivery time which I always hope they can improve, all is good.

Value for money. But some of the dishes/meat seemed overcooked. Delivery was a bit early for dinner.

Hewtop's menu is generally delicious, less oily, and more like home cooked meals with great servings. That said, my elderly parents need less salt in their diet. Hope Hewtop can reduce the salt (anyone can add more seasoning if needed).

To be honest, after trial I can’t quite remember which is my fav or least fav dish. But got to say it is value for me. Nothing too bad nor there is anything that wow me.

As if I wasn't already mildly depressed from Phase 2 HA, eating this food made me feel like there was no more hope left in the world. All I could look forward to was the subscription ending.

Never in my life have I ever eaten a meal that almost made me cry from how sad it was. It's edible for sure but that's all it is - the taste was disappointing, and the ingredients weren't fresh either. The vegetables were usually old and withering, and the soups were watered down to the point where you wonder if you were just drinking water with bits of meat inside. I died a little inside every day I ate the food, I wasn't expecting this quality given that each meal was $10.

I have since changed caterers and their food is leaps and bounds better than whatever I had in my week with Hewtop, and for half the price with delivery.

My biggest regret was believing the positive reviews and thinking that the negative reviews were just being picky. Trust me, they are not. If you treasure yourself and/or whoever you're sharing this with, 100% do not recommend unless you like feeling sad and empty inside.

Ok. Sometimes salty. Sometimes oily.

Overall ok n value for money.

Just hope different type of vegetables as some days always cabbage in the same week.

Also hope to receive Less bones for chicken n other meat

Food is good overall. Would be better if dishes come with more gravy. Rice is a lot. Basically the rice is filled to brim. It is too much rice for a single person or couple.

The food was delivered within the stipulated time. Taste and variety are good. Have been supporting this caterer for a while. Thanks.
