This was my 3rd or 4th week ordering from this Caterer. Overall, the food taste ok and the food portion is reasonable. The fried items tends to be a little saltier.

Delivery time is punctual and consistent but the food quality is inconsistent. Out of 3+1 dishes, there will be 1 particular dish that is very heavily salted. And out of the the dish that replaces soup, it’ll usually be frozen or mock meat.

Terrible experience with the caterer. 1) Food delivered 2 days in a row without pressing doorbell (again, I wonder if all deliveries in Spore are like that. This is the 2nd caterer that expects telepathy). 2) didn't deliver food on last day of package. I only ordered 5 days for trial, and 3 days --> poor or no service.
Food hit and miss. Some days very salty.

Food was good, serving size was enough for 2 pax and delivery was on time. Affordable price compared to others.

For the price paid, I wasn't expecting much but I think Hewtop catering outdid themselves. There were many varieties everyday and although there were some hit and misses, overall they still tasted not bad.

Hassle free lunch specially for WFHomers with non-convenient kopitiams nearby. Taste soo good, taste like home. Would be better if containers are washable & reusable & able to return them the next day for further reuse, seeing these plastic containers so much a day to be thrown is such a sad case for our earth.

Nice and affordable tingkat service. The price is reasonable for the food that served. Good to have it and highly recommended for all.

Quite budget meal for dinner. Food was packed nicely with delicious rice. Portion was still ok but I feel the soup is too much liquid with little meat. Maybe pack one small soup bowl for one person for easy heating and consumption.

Food is delicious. Delivery time is prompt. Customer service is friendly and flexible. Price is reasonable.

Very good customer service. Good, good, good, good and very good tingkat caterer. Only thing is deliver food very early.
