Ok, food was not great but acceptable for the price. At times too oily or salty. Soup usually good....

The menu is updated and refreshed every now and then. Dishes are delicious too. Highly recommended!!!

Delivery timing was consistent and timely. Food was generally ok as well. It could be better if the serving portion is bigger.

Repeated order made to the same caterer Hewtop. Delivery is always on time. Dishes are nice and will continue to support.

Second time ordering, delivery time is very consistent. Food wise taste is ok, soup is not bad because you can really taste the ingredients in the soup, portion is reasonable for the price paid too.

Food portion was just nice for 2 person. If you are eating with people with small appetite, you can share among 3 pax.

The food overall exceeded my expectations.

However, the soup everyday tasted the same (90% of the time).

Chicken dishes - chicken was very hard and dry and I didn't even enjoy those.


Found a worm in my veg and sent in a complaint. Received a complimentary dish the next day as an apology which was delicious but doesn't exactly make up for the disgust I felt when I found the worm. Tried to contact them directly via WhatsApp but they ignored me. Only until I called foodline to get their help to contact the vendor did they reply my WhatsApp messages immediately. So that was kinda a bummer.

The food basically are good and nice and the variety is wide, the customer service PIC is very helpful too.

The food is healthy and totally not oily. Delivered everyday at the same time. The ingredients may be a bit basic but good value for money.

Tasty food, good variety, punctual delivery every day, repeated order! Will recommend to my friends.
