The food is good and not so salty and oily. My kids love the soup very much. Delievry on time and the customer service office is helpful and take note on our request.

We liked the environmentally-friendly stainless tingkat that's delivered on time at our door step each day for dinner. The portions are big, and the variety is reasonable. We also liked their options "no fish with bones" and "no spices".

Food tastes OK. Some dishes are not up to par. Food portion is inconsistent. Deliveryman is impolite. He somehow failed to access through intercom, he then left a message that he will leave the food at the intercom there. I was speechless. (Note: I received other delivery without any issue on intercom) The best part is that he sent me a message the next day before he delivered the food requesting me to make sure the intercom is OK. I am even more speechless.

Portion was good and price is reasonable. I will definitely recommend them and order again from this caterer.

I renewed my order, caterer put in extra service to check my last day of order and helped me to change the next order start date which i got it wrong. Thumbs up

Food is ok generally though sometimes too salty. It is better to have consistent quality. There is 1 occasion that found unpleasant "thing" in 1 dish, provided feedback and CS is prompt to reply and added a replacement dish as makeup. Attitude is sincere.

Repeat order from HewTop Catering. food was acceptable with simple local dishes, not too oily but tasty. Recommended!

There was an incident whereby a piece of plastic from a packaging was found in a vegy dish. This spoilt our dinner.
