Great variety of food~ Like the point that for quite a number of dishes herbs was used as part of the ingredient for the sauces, makes the food taste better. The consistent delivery timing at around 10.30am everyday makes it convenient for my mum to plan her time. Would continue to order from Hewtop.

Portion wise, could be slightly more, it’s just enough if it’s 2 small eaters. Vegetables are cooked well and delicious

Value for money and not too oily, suitable for kids.
We loved the soups most as they are flavorful and I dont feel thirsty thereafter, means there is no msg.

Food up to expectation, consistent in quality. However, sometimes the food comes quite late - delivered close to 6.15pm while it's stated to consume food by 6.30pm (not so much time to gulp down the food obviously)

We enjoyed the wide variety of dishes across the week and the taste was good without MSG. The delivery was a little early for dinner, as it reached us even before 3pm. The serving was just nice for 3 people but we find that the pig trotter dish could be better, as there was very little meat with many bones.

I find thhe food on the salty side. And the quantity is inconsistent from data to day during the trial. Hence, I didn't continue with their service.

Food is value for money. Hit and misses and some items are more bones than meat. Gets boring after a while but generally acceptable.

Overall food is simple, but relatively tasty. Have been with them a few months, interestingly the menu doesn't really recycle. Except for the occasional prawn, not super alot of 'better' ingredients, eg like fish (fish nuggets doesn't count).
