First day the food was wrongly delivered (short of 1 pax, as I ordered 2 pax). When I called to alert the customer service at Hewtop, she was quick to offer compensation by adding additional dish for the remaining 4 days of the package. I'm grateful of Hewtop's flexibility to its customer and will order again.

There are some repeats over a few days. Taste is so so. If you are not fussy, should be fine given the price.

I have ordered many times from this vendor as their food and soup is good. I will continue to order from them for my lunch.

Good variety of dishes for daily menu and value for money. Appreciate fast whatsapp response too for any enquiry.

This is my third order from Hewtop, that should speaks for itself the standard of the food. My only complaint is that the seal of the soup is difficult to remove, although it is more foolproof, we still prefer to have the soup in a tingkat container.

One plus point though, this is the only caterer that often include prawns in the dishes.

Food and service is okay. Like the chicken and the fish cake but vegetable could be improved. Hope there can be more variety.

The food provided I would say, is worth the price. Very economical orders and selections and varieties. Convenient and timely. Food is not too salty and not oily.

Food standard is good, but food volume is sometimes a bit measly. Especially on days when there is a dish on toufu, the quantity seems only sufficient for 1 headcount even though I ordered a 2 pax package.

There were occasions when the food actually served was different from that listed on the menu. Was quite disappointed as I was looking forward to some items.

Food is nice. Customer service very prompt. Allowed skipping of meals. Love their service and good. .
