Renewal for the 2nd month. Food is value for money, delivery is on time and customer service is prompt and efficient.

Food met expectations... Not the best but considering the price, quality and quantity was reasonable.

Abit salty food, but sometimes okay. very on and off but maybe its just my taste. Can be improve not putting too much salt.

A great variety of choice. Portion is generous. Service is good. I indicated the wrong start date when i repeat my order. The staff from the caterer was so nice to monitor for me and amended the next start date. Thumbs up

The food quantity and quality is good. They try their best to mix up the menu so that there isn't a lot of repeats.

Value for money and flexible (requested to change from 4 dishes to 4 dishes+ 1 soup, and the shop helps us to change in next day).

The food is totally not fresh. I am so disappointed. Luckily I only ordered for 5 days. On the 4th day the cabbage is spoil. They always deliver my DINNER around 2.30pm. No one ring the bell or notify us. On the first day, we are not sure the delivery timing, just happened that we came back from our lunch. Do you think the food still fresh for dinner if the delivery timing is 2.30pm? What time they cook it?

However, the service is not too bad. The customer service keeps repeatedly said sorry. But well what the use right?
It is your decision to choose whether you want to engage them or not.

The dishes are so so. I only like the soup.

The food is up to expectations and delivery is usually around 330pm. It is contactless and nicely packed.

Food and service up to our expectations. The caterer is always very accommodating in our requirements. Have been recontact with them for a few times!
