The quality of food has decreased. The delivery service for the first time in a long while is unpredictable. Suddenly the driver is on medical leave with no prior notification. I was advised to skip a week. The replacement driver took 1 to 2 hrs to come after i called up about the meal.

The daily tingkat caterer provided decent food, and delivery was always on time, which was great. The variety of dishes offered was fairly good, but there’s room for improvement to make the meals more diverse and exciting. I believe it is sharing the same tingkat catering as Kim's Catering, but for some reason, the prices are somewhat different, and I’m not sure why. Overall, it's a reliable service, though it could benefit from a bit more creativity in the menu and clearer pricing.

Have been engaging Hewtop for their lunch tingkat and am glad that so far it’s been going well. Hewtop prices also seem to be the most affordable of all the available lunch tingkat on Foodline. Hence we have been repeating our subscription.

Food and service up to expectation. I have been ordering from this caterer. Given the price point, there is no complaint! The delivery is before 6pm most of the time, just before dinner for me.

The food portion is big! And they are generous on giving a lot of meats. Their delivery timing is not too early and won’t be late.

Repeated order from this caterer as it’s quite value for money and easy to cancel meals when need to.

Tried before. Food ok for the price. Rather dull appearance. First day late delivery, saw deliveryman put food on the floor to check the spilled soup.

This is my repeat order as everything is well within my expectation and best part is that I can enjoy the $25 cash rewards and FL points for rebates.
The Tingkat package from Hewtop Catering is value for money & highly recommended. Food is of good portion for 2pax meal and taste ok.

Food portion is big but the dishes can be repetitive at times . Delivery time a bit late for me recently as I only received the tingkat after 7pm.

Delivery is on time most of the time. However, sometimes it may be delayed if the assigned driver for the area is on leave. There were a few days where lunch was delivered at 2pm.
