The menu has a reasonable variety, but it can get repetitive over time. The deliveries are mostly on time, but to early for my case (before 3pm for dinner). Customer service is responsive, though it sometimes takes a bit of follow-up to resolve ... More issues.

It’s a convenient option for busy schedules, but there’s room for improvement in terms of consistency and variety. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for an easy way to get meals delivered, but don’t expect perfection.

The food is decent and delivery is mostly on time. However, a couple of time there’s leakage to the food packaging which resulted in a mess. Caterer has been informed but no action taken before the end of tingkat service.

Food and service up to expectation. I have been ordering from this caterer. Given the price point, there is no complaint! The delivery is before 6pm most of the time, just before dinner for me.

Given the price I would say the food quantity is decent enough. However, delivery is much earlier than expected which can be improved.

The food is great! How comes variety of veggie, meat and sometime fish as well. However the delivery for my area is way too early before 3pm, sometime the food isn’t fresh by dinner time.

My second time ordering from this tingkat provider! This shows their food quality and standards. You won’t regret giving this tingkat provider a try.

Not bad overall, serving size is decent. But at times the ingredients used can be better and dishes need to change. Or else it get a little boring at times.
