On the whole, the food was tasty and good. Seemed to be better cooked on some days and less on others. As I ordered for 5 pax, whenever there were individual items, sometimes, it was short of 1 pax portion. Food was prepared rather early, I would have expected slightly later so that the food could still be consumed even at 8pm.

Portion is generous, compared to other tingkat caterers i've tried. Have been renewing my tingkat order from them.

Food was so so...but the soup portion was generous. Early delivery for dinner time, around 3pm for dinner.

The dishes are well prepared and the portions are generous. Value for money and appetizing at the same time. Will renew.

Delivery service and customer service is always good and consistent. Food still good although portion seems to have decreased slightly.

This is my first time order from Hewtop. My family don’t like the food as it is oily and cool when receive the food. Egg portion too much and not nice.

Food is okay. Satisfactory. But would like to see more varieties in dishes and cooking. More innovative that can make the food more appealing.

Would be good if the chefs coordinate the daily menu to make the food look more appetising. Sometimes the colour of the 3 dishes are the same (eg brownish) and sometimes all the 3 dishes are very dry (no gravy).

.already ordered the 3rd time, and Hewtop has maintained consistent food quality in previous orders.
