I think with the money I paid, the food definitely value for the money. Uncle always deliver the foods on time.

Food is ok only but what I dislike is the delivery. First day delivery dinner at 1 pm. 2nd day they totally forgot my order!

The week 7th Dec was very attractive so I decided to order again. I was looking forward to the braised duck but it was changed to chicken and the tempura my kids looking forward changed to stirred fried prawn and the prawn was not fresh! Kinda disappointed with the prawn and the fried fish which was too salty but the other dish was not too bad, I will look at their menu and order again.

I have been renewing with this Tingkat dinner provider for multiple times. I'm staying with them because they offer good variety and good value. Thanks!

My family did not have special liking on the dishes for the 10-day trial. The food was not suitable for us. Hope the food can be improved in future.

Service was quite good, responsive on Whatsapp. Ordered for 6 pax but on the first day, food for only 4 pax was delivered. They compensated by giving an additional dish the next day.

Food portion was generous. Food was generally okay but more on the salty side. The fried fish, which was quite frequent on the menu, was too salty. Usually is 3 meat and only 1 veg dish each day. The 4th dish in place of soup is usually some frozen fried food.

1st day was messed up. Ordered lunch but till almost 2 pm the food did not arrived so I called up and realised they thought it was dinner, even though it was clearly indicated on the receipt as lunch. They did not sound apologetic too and just told me change to dinner for 1st day. -.-"

Found steel shard in my tingkat.... zzz. First 5 days was fine, tasty meal, finish everything. After continued for 20 days later, meal quality drops, vege not cooked enough, strange smell & taste for meat & soup...

I am pleasantly surprised by the standards of the dishes, even the replacement dishes surpassed my expectations.

Food was good and delivery is on time.
Repeat order as their dishes are comparable with the rest of the tingkat caterers but at a much lower rate. Delivery time usually before 6pm.
