Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

Ordered for my parents and my parents said it was not salty which is great. However hewtop is abit inflexible and not that helpful with changes, like from 3 pax to 2 cos we didn't want food wastage, not even asking for refund.

Decent home cooked meal. Appreciate if they could delivery the food earlier but the delivery timing is getting late as always.

Its afforable since it was delivered to your home. Save time in buying from outside. But was disappointed in the delivered food. Its should be done better.

Overall, food is not very oily and portions is acceptable. Tastes is ok apart from the vegetable dish is salty most od the time. Good customer services. The 4th dishes is processed food most of the time. Actually it can be tofu or egg which are cheaper than processef food.

Overall okay, good variety of food and food portion quite bih. Price affordable and value of money.

To have other vegetables and not purely the green ones as some has bitter taste. The rice is of good quantity.

Delivery time fluctuate. Tried to call to check delivery status not reachable. At their mercy to keep us updated when there is delay.

4th Dish of the day alway give ppl a feeling that is kitchen serve just to complete the order.
it's not consider a dish but it's more towards to snack.

One of the dishes (fish cake) was found to be fishy and hard. The taste was sour and believed it to be spoilt food. Feedback to caterer but didn't receive any replacement dish until I reminded them. The replacement dish eventually arrived after 3 attempts; sounds like very unwilling to provide the replacement dish. Overall, the food quality was so-so or at best average standard. The food actually always arrives on time, but the service can be better in view of the above incident for my case.

The food is above average in quality, however there is room for improvement when it comes to variety of dishes
