Prawn texture was mushy, chicken was hard, think it was frozen for quite some time before thawed that's why the consistency. Normal economic rice stall dishes, taste wasn't up to par, lack of flavor. Price point wise, it was in the middle, not too pricy not cheapest among the tingkat vendors.

Acceptable. Delivery time is puntual. Portion enough for 2 persons.

Nicely packed. If need to consume food later, now to warm up the items.

The food was good and delivery was timely. Portion was also satisfactory and would definitely consider to reorder from them again.

Delivery of meal is always within time stipulated. Customer service of caterer is very helpful and fast.

Hewtop catering is pretty much generous on meat dishes as the portion of chicken and pork are huge. Good for meat lovers.

Choice of food suddenly drop after half year of ordering. Food standard drop too, agree with my friends recommended by me.

As usual the foods are good and feel home ,and the service was good as in they never late to delivery my lunch.

Simple home cooked food for busy individual, especially those who has to work from home. I particularly like it that the delivery is on time.

Food quality is inconsistent. I feedback about the problematic dishes and I can see the quality getting better. I appreciate that the management put in effort to fix the problems. Hope the quality can be maintained.
