This is our 5th time and the last time to book from this caterer. When we first book on June, the food was very nice and worth it. But it starting to get bad few months later. I think the cook left and the new cook are unable to meet the standard. I really dont like when the dish is mix with celery with no purposes.

Customer service is good and fast. Ordered for lunch and food arrived always on time but a bit early at 1030am. Food is good, portion enough for the pax.

Food was better than expected, will continue ordering, but delivery time was early too in the day. One packet of rice was stale when arrived.

The food is so so. Deep fried youtiao which is sweet hence rather odd. Should b savory or w bit of cuttlefish paste. . But this is sweet. The steam egg is hard. Kang kong looks dark n not good but taste nice surprisingly. The chicken meat is ok. Won't reorder. Staff over phone is friendly and helpful.

It's been 11 months since ordering from Hewtop, never failed to surprise us with different menu's each month. We like the soup the most it's not salty. Over all happy with the foods, it's only the fried Boneless fish kind of boring hopefully can have more improvise.

Food tasted not bad and caterer is quite generous with the portions. Quite value for money. Would appreciate if there is more variety of food.

Caterer has a good variety of dishes with their menu sent biweekly. Timely confirmation and delivery service.

I am a repeated customer. Food is decent with sufficient portion. Everyday there is something tasty.

Food was delicious and was delivered on time as stated. Taste of the food is not to over-flavoured (not too salty). Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
