Order for dinner but the food come way too early.

We work till 6pm and will only be back home by 7pm or later.
Sometimes food turn bad when we heat up.

Good variety of food, food was quite tasty too. We continued with hewtop after the trial package ended

Food quantity was generous. Food quality is good though, delicious and better than most "Chai Fan" stalls at Food Court/Hawker Centres. For this price, I must say HewTop is one of the better Tingkat caterer in Singapore.

Food was normal, selection was good enough for the price paid. Response was fast to confirm order upon payment.

Acceptable. Delivery time is punctual. Portion enough for 2 persons.

Nicely packed. If need to consume food later, now to warm up the items.

Hope that Foodline can provide more tingkat services for lunch at Marine Parade. The quality of the food supplied by Hewtop catering weren't really good. Volume of rice weren't not adequate.

Food is good, but serving is inconsistent. Need to improve on that. Another point is to increase the variety of serving.

Generous portion, value-for-money tingkat meal. I've been ordering from this caterer since I started working from home and they have provided a variety of meal options

We like that there is a variety of dishes, however we find the soups generally too salty. Delivery is very early, the food arrives at 2+pm, we definitely have to re-heat the food for dinner.
