Food was delivered late and there was no food delivered on the first day. I called the sales team from Hewtop, the girl told me she forgot I continued my order. I did previously remind the same girl I want to continue the order but she still forgot. I was disappointed with the service.

The dishes was not tasty too. The vegetable they provided was too blend.

Value for money. Daily dishes of 4 different types did not repeat often for the 20 days, only anout 1 or 2 dishes were repeated. Menu have variety.

Delivery was efficient and came before meals timing. Food menu has different variety everyday which is awesome.

It is my third to order their tingkat.
Overall the food is still maintain standard and their customer service also provide good job.

This is the first time I am using the Foodline to order TingKat services, Albeit confuse on the promotion membership and the ordering process. Luckily Their staff Wan Qi and WeiLing are helpful and enlighten on my query. My first order was from HewTop catering and the delivery was highly satisfied, the delivery was on time for my dinner and food were still warm. The quality and quantity of the catered food were just right, tasty to my taste bud. I continued another week with HewTop. There are many caterers in Foodline and will try to hunt for others and one day will come back to HewTop. Cheers.

Food was ok. Delivery was punctual every day. Not the first time ordering. Quantity was also enough.

Food was better than expected, will continue ordering, but hope delivery time can be later in the day

Recent order was bad. Battered fish is 5% fish and 95% flour. Pig trotter 10% meat and 90% bone. Really gone case.

Good and delicious and value for money. Should give credit to all the cooks and the kitchen workers.

Simple home cooked food for busy individuals. The delivery timing suits my schedule . Delivery uncle is polite and has a good attitude.
