Food portion was quite generous, and there were quite a bit of variety for the meat item. Food tasted not bad too. My mum loved it! Service could be a tad bit better as they missed out my tingkat delivery on two occasions. Overall still good value!

With Hewtop more than half a yr, recent renewal food taste different. Within a wk, notice taste of food the same just change of ingredients. No more fry stuff like onion ring, popiah, Ngoh Hsiang and used to best dish samosa.

So far dishes are in generous portion except a bit too much salt in soups.

Dishes like those which are fried is not so oily too.

Recommended to those who like herbal soup.

Delivery timing and packaging were good. Food was acceptable initially, but the standard has been dropping. Meat dish was too little, usually filled with bones. Prawns were not fresh.

I ordered this place as my last trial. The week before I actually tried Kim’s Catering and when this delivery came, the biggest question I had when the food was delivered was “Isn’t this Kim’s Catering?”? The menu was the same, packaging was the same, delivery person was the same, I couldn’t really tell the difference. As for the food, it was exactly similar to my review about Kim’s Catering. Majority of the dishes had sauce to it and were quite salty. The packaging wasn’t sealed well every single time and sauces just spilt out and into the plastic bag. I ordered for 4pax but somehow it always seemed like only 1 pax ate the food because it was simply not nice. Foodline might want to check with the 2 companies to ensure they aren’t actually using the same Shared Kitchen and staff to prepare food for their brand and call it something different. Definitely disappointing and won’t be ordering Tingkat anymore.

Food always on point. You get what you paid for. Probably one of the best tinkgkat in town. Never disappoint.

3rd time ordering from caterer, food portion are good as usual and variety of dishes have increased. Value for money.

The fish cake does not taste as nice as the fried fish cake that we normally get from economical fried bee hoon and bak chor mee store.

Food is worth of money spend with a variety of weekly menu. Delivery service is on time everyday. But sometimes food is salty to us.
