The food quality and quantity are acceptable. The service is beyond excellent. The staff is very patient and understanding. I have been renewing with them for quite a while. Trustworthy , I like.

The food is generally healthy tasting, makes me eat more veggies. Generous portion is more than enough for 1 pax. Soup is hit or miss, some days quite bland but some days nice, especially when there's tomato or egg. Delivery is always early in the morning so will need microwave to heat up for lunch. Wish there is brown rice option.

Taste ok, but got few dishes are too gravy. Portion more than enough. Delivery very early, around 3-3.30pm already delivered.

Third time ordering from the caterer and decided to try their soup option. I realise it is probably more value for money when compare to the 4-dishes option since the soup looks more like a dish in watery gravy and with more ingredients. As for the 4-dishes option, the replacement for the soup will usually be a 3-piece fried item which is either nugget, seaweed chicken, cheese ball, or fish cake, etc. Hence, I would recommend to order the soup option if you need bigger servings.

Generally dishes are decent but vegetable always turn bad due to too early delivery. Hope that delivery time can be adjusted.

Overall, the food was mostly cooked from canned or frozen food. It's cheap but not recommend for people who is seeking for healthier meal.

Has been ordering with Hewtop for at least the 8th time.
On time delivery and no hassle on continuing the package.

The food very tasty and delicious. Food portion enough as per described. Highly recommended for those working from home or no time cooking.
