1) This has been our 2nd order from Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd.
2) Service delivery was very good and always on time. Excellent customer service, very courteous and quick responses to feedbacks. Keep up the good work.
3) Food quality need to improve. Too many low cost items such as tofu/beancurd, soto balls etc.
4) Need to have more varieties of food dishes.
5) Vegetables quantity had been very little, not good enough for two perons.
6) Positive side - Food has less salt, sugar, MSG and oil.
7) Is it posible to have 2 curry dishes per week? We love to have more chilli and spicy dishes.
8) Need special discounts or more food options for repeat customers especially for seniors.

Food is delivered early. Food presentation and taste is average. Seems that each dish is a mixture of a few not usually mixed ingredients hence giving others the impression that the dishes are whipped up with whatever available ingredients. Overall, the food is still not bad for the price paid for the tingkat.

The food menu changes quite regularly. The food quantity and quality is more than acceptable. Not for fussy individuals.

Food portion is enough. Enjoying the food with a small kid. Pretty good value with money. Prompt reply.

Food is nice, portion just nice for 2pax.
Not salty, and different varieties. Very fast response from customer service.

Caterer will send you confirmation via whatsapp, pretty convenient. But when you need customer service via the same channel, they wont reply you.

food for my first day is pretty disappointed. really dislike caterer that cooks hard cabbage, like eating plastic. After that the dishes are getting better.

Value for money if there is fish, where there will usually be at least 2 days in a week.

They use small tiffin for 2 paxs, just nice to put in a big wok for steaming.

Food is delicious in tingkat which is environment friendly. My son loves their curry chicken, it was really well seasoned. The soup was tasty too, it has alot of herbs and is good for health.

Food was good, kids finish all the food, mommy don't have to worry what to cook.
No stress life is perfect.

Meat dishes are usually good. Again, the vegetable dishes are very salty, and at times, oily. Otherwise, servings are generous and taste very homemade.

The food are not salty. Taste just nice. Will recommend to friends. Tried out 10 days and renewd for 20 days.
