The food tasted home cook and not salty and oily. Will surely order again. The food is in generous amount too. Keep it up.

It is not a surprise to us that Hewtop has made its reputation and yet continues to impress with their tinkgkat menu.
Frankly, the dishes looks plain and simple, but I must highlight this particular dish - Champagne Pork Ribs.
I must give it to them for having this, as not only it is original in its own form, the unique taste and texture makes the pork ribs irresistible from the start.
Another dish worth mentioning will the delicious steam egg.
The smooth texture and deep nostalgic taste plus, adding a “retro” presentation – It is serves as a great dish (tasty yet simple) after a hard day’s work!

Food quality and quantity dropped as compared to previous months. Wasn’t as good as before. Sometimes when the chicken arrived it was mostly bones than meat these days & my elderly in-laws will struggle with these.

Order always come later than the label consume time. Label consumption time is 9.30am to 1.30pm but order reach me 1.30pm at earliest and 2pm+ latest all the time. Soup turn bad on certain days upon arrival.

After feed back to merchant several times, no changes made but keep saying is driver's problem or because got new customer. No offers made to rectify issue.

i understand that i may be the last on the delivery list for 1 of the driver, but management has to make sure not to overload a driver so as to ensure even the last person receive the food in time.

Food are pretty pathetic some times. There was once i received 2 hard boil eggs, 2 bean curd, 3 pcs of meat.

Will never order from them again.

We have been ordered Tingkat since April'20 and repeated our contract for several months, worth to give it a try if you have not.

Ordered for my mum she commented the portion is too little for her...it is a bit pricey for one person meal.

The food is good service also goo, so far no big issue. Thanks to Hewtop my kids enjoy their dinner.

First time trying tingkat; food delivered pretty early. Otherwise, food quality is good, taste good, not much MSG tasted. May re-order after trying few other vendors.

Soup is nice, not just plain water with mince meat. Veg not overcooked and not too oily. Serving enough for 2 pax.
