First day of tingkat late, second day of tingkat no delivery, another few times late, once the driver delivered the food after 7pm.

Ordered for 20 days, 5 days unable to deliver, have to make own dinner arrangement. there was 1 day, got notified after 7pm to make own arangment. Delivery were close to 8pm for some of the days.

Dependable, healthy and economical always. Never fail to deliver. ??? Very convenient and for peace of mind.

Delivery is on time and customer service is good. Dishes sometimes lack variety but overall still alright.

Food taste not bad, not too oily, not too salty. Portion generous.

I think overall the food was good for the price. I will definitely order again. In general, the food are pretty tasty and suit for elderly.

Dinner portion is just nice, quality no complain but the price point. Will recommend this caterer if anyone looking for a simple dinner.

Recently, the soup comes with 2 small drumsticks. Dislike the strong taste vegetables and big stem vegetables.

Very little meat, especially when the dish is chicken wings. Same kind of fish gets repeated quite often, only difference is the sauce. Sometimes it was 2 vegetable dishes and 1 small meat dish, which was not enough. Amount of soup also varies. Sometimes quite a lot, sometimes very little.

Food and service up to expections so have ordered multiple times. Though some dishes occasionally quite tough for elderly to chew.
