Food was mostly pretty good with generous portions. Very responsive over Whatsapp and always on-time delivery.

The food delivery was around 3pm+ to 4pm. The vegetables dishes were not appetising and on certain days it tasted like it's started to spoil. The soups on certain days also tasted like it's turning bad. Probably due to the time they cooked and delivered the food.

Good portion size and has homecooked taste - extending another month to see what is the variety of the menu. So far, one of the better ones I have tried!

Value for money and yummy food for fuss-free lunch while working at home. Food portion is also generous and more than enough for 1 pax!

The food is just right on taste and menu has good variety day after day. Delivery was always punctual at lunchtime by a pleasant uncle and it really provides the added convenience during work from home in that aspect. Hewtop also handles requests for food restrictions and IMO this is a caterer that tries to do a good job.

Delivery of food is too early at abour 3 30 pm. By dinner time, the food is cold and not fresh. During the initial stage when we first ordered, we noticed that the food came very early and we informed Hewtop about it. The lady at Hewtop took note of our feedback and informed us that they would the driver about it. The next day, it was still early. We then informed the delivery man about the early delivery. He also said that he would informed the driver about it.
On one occasion, for one of the dish, chicken nuggets, there was only 3 chicken nuggets delivered. The portion was very small, too small for 3 person. We called Hewtop to inform them about it and they said that it was too early to rectify the oversight as the drivers had all left the premises. They would however, madeup for the shortfall the next say by giving us a bigger portion. The spring rolls dish the next day was about the same portion and not more as agreed. In any case, we decided not to proceed the matter. Generally, we felt that the prawn dishes were quite delicious and the portion were also generous. However, as the food came early, and my family only return from work to have dinner at about 6 pm or 6.30 pm, the food is not fresh anymore.

This is not my 1st time ordering from here. However, in this order, I had 3 episodes of food turning bad within the recommended time of consumption. There was also once the vegetables tasted very bitter, probably because they weren't washed thoroughly prior to cooking.

The food is delivered on without fail. Food service is good. Food is very delicious. Price is very resonable. Have shared HewTop catering and foodline to many of my friends and relatives.
