Order Tingkat during Circuit Breaker period, at first tried out 5 days, then later go with 20 days. Very value for money, portions are very generous. But some days, the veggies are more repeated. Hope to have more variety.

My 2nd purchase from Hewtop. Food quality is good. Value for money. Hope to see tingkat promotion from Hewtop.

The portion for two pax is big and satisfying. The food is okay and many variety for everyday. WE are happy and enjoy the meal.

Food was tasty, and not too oily or salty for us. Variety is pretty good. Will order again next time.

Dishes served were up to our expectation however the portioning could be a bit more. Delivery timing was ok except the 1st day whereby it was a stand in driver.

Price is reasonable. Value the money and would recommend it!

Ms. VC TAN is very friendly, efficient service, listen to feedbck and accommodating. Great service from her. I keep it up VC.. Her the other collegue VIVIAN was not good in listening to feedback. Never return call. Food delivery is on time. Meals are acceptable. Need to improve on quality..cheap stuff at times. Tingkat containers need to sanitize. Delivery person is very friendly. Food has less oil and no MSG. Food need to be warmer. Rice is not so good as it is deliver cold and not good for health. Food warmer enclosure quality need to better to keep food warm. Need to provide cut chillies for better flavor. Thank you and best regards.

The soup dish was well sealed so there was no spillage of the soup. however, it was a lot of soup but very little food in the soup itself and the soup is not warm anymore. otherwise, the rest of the 3 dishes with each meal was tasty.

I found the food portion is great and adequate, able to share with my entire family and sufficiently have it for lunch.

Repeat order as the price is reasonable and portion size is big. Delivery uncle very friendly and on time .
