Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

This is repeat order from this caterer. love the food taste, like home-cooked food. one of the better ones.

Yes the food was alright! Pretty gd but this time not so puncture suppose to continue on the 9/3 but did not see yr food as yet. Well please make up another day for me???

The menu is varied, food is tasty without being salty. The customer service when confirming orders and days to skip is good. Highly recommended.

Satisfied with their customer service.
Food portion is good for two pax.
But would prefer food to be lesser salty.

First time order and this is the first meal. Taste acceptable, soup a bit salty but still alright. Acceptable for my 4yrs old too. Hope the rest of the meals will be good too.

2nd time trying. Worth trying as food taste is acceptable, portion is generous for pax of 3. The setback is the deliver of food is too early at 1530 and the tingkat container provided is worn out.

Seeing a repeat of food items even within 2 weeks. The dishes sometimes don’t follow the menu given to us. So it’s not very accurate to use that as a reference. Some days the tingkat came with the layers exposed, which is dangerous during this covid period.Have given feedback to the staff and the problem was quickly rectified for subsequent days. Delivery timings also vary, and have been getting later and later recently. Will renew for another cycle and see how.

Repeat order . The dishes are yummy and not salty. Pricing is good too. This seller does not charge extra delivery charges which is good.

This is probably my 4th time ordering with the caterer. The 3rd time, caterer’s menu always have cabbage vege. So when the 4th order, it caught me by surprise that the vege dishes have more variant this time . Keep it up!

Delivery early as usual, easy to liaise with vendor via WhatsApp. Food taste OK. If want to renew, think must order 2 work days in advance.
