Sorry to be so upfront but I have to admit that the food is really bad and tasteless (not sure If this is due to their "healthier" choice of ingredients. They even gave me unpeeled carrot in my soup for few days till I complained and changed to no soup instead. I have tried other caterers but would have to list this as the lowest unfortunately. However the customer service has been fantastic so I would say no fault on their side.

Food delivery is punctual and always early. Caterer is flexible and can cater to my specific requirements like no veggie and no fish with bones.

So far so good. I ordered for 3 pax: 3 Dishes + 1 Soup. The food portion are ample for 4 adults & 1 kid. Budget and recommended!

Food is ok, wish you have wash the vege...taste bitter. other then that service is good, deliver on time.

Repeat order ... I like the food and the service so I continue.. pls look into credit card option........!

No major complaints. food on time, taste okay, no stomachache from eating. price is above average. will continue .......

Food is so so only , vegetables is a bit yellow not so green. The portion is enough for 4 persons , the delivery is a bit early , they send the tingkat at 3.30pm , by 7.40pm when we make hot the food is alway not so nice , the vegetables is turn yellow colour. Can you send the food around 5pm. Or you should prepare the Tingkat food at 3pm than you deliver to us. Thank you

Fried Pork and fried chicken was nicely cooked and delicious. Will renew Tingkat dinner again from Hewtop
