The food was below average, and always delivered cold, which isn't an issue for me since I can heat it up myself. Delivery always prompt.

Food always arrives warm at around 10am. Delicious food and great choices. Love that it's non-halal so pork is served sometimes. Portion is generous.

Food taste is not bad, ups n downs which is expected, overall decent. Not too salty or spicy, and good variety of vegetables. Portion is just about ok for 2 pax, but if you (or your family) have a big appetite, might have to order 1 more pax worth instead. Delivery reaches usually about 4 plus 5pm which is ok.

The food from hewtop was quite consistently good, taste was to our liking and portions were sufficient. Quite value for money, 1 of the cheaper good options during the circuit breaker, with no surcharge for delivery to condos.

Overall food quality is ok and food portion is enough for 3 pax. Delivery time was good always before 11 am.

I have tried many tingkat services before, but so far Hewtop food is the nicest. Not too salty and there is good variety of dishes. I plan to reorder from them.

The food portion is big, enough for 3 pax, worth the money. The food tasted nice although not wow-ing. Customer service is friendly though I called a few times to get through the line. I have paid for the food via foodline but they sent me SMS template for the fund transfer again which made me confused and paid a second time. :/

I hope they remember to refund me.

Food was too oily & salty for us. Quality of food is average and not so healthy. On Day 2, we were given 4 eggs as one of the dishes. On another day, we found an insect in the vegetables. Delivery is around 10.30 am which is too early for lunch.

My family loved the variety and on time delivery!

I have sent many messages to the person in charge to their whatapps not to leave the food deliveries on the floor, especially during this covid period. But they just won't listen.

Also, most of the time, the meat items got a weird smell or taste. It was a horrible first time experience with them. First and Last with them.
