Hewtop Catering Pte Ltd

Ordered many months of Tingkat dinner for my parents. Reliable customer service and delivery. Food sometimes cold at time of delivery.

Food is tasty and good. Not salty and not many fried dishes, elderly didn’t complain. Portion could be shared by 3 small-eaters.

Food is ok. Variety of dishes is ok. Prompt and good customer service. Food is not too oily and salty.

Food is tasty and not too salty. Food portion is generous. I like the variety of dishes they have. Delivery is 4+ but it's not as issue at all.

Reliable, decent food. Easy to consume, fairly tasty. Good value. Already ordered second time and will go for third.

The dishes are ok... Food is not too oily or salty, acceptable.. Prompt and good customer service...

Portion big. Curry and Yong tau foo were tasty. But no potatoes in curry. Pork rib no meat. Also more gravy taste better.

Returned Customer and on time delivery. Good customer service. Love all the soups and yummy yummy yummy. Thank you Hewtop.

Area of improvement: come up with new dishes to improve variety of dishes.

Delivery timing is accurate but the variety of menu can be more especially the egg. Can change to fried egg or onion egg instead of always scrambled egg
