Repeated order as difficult to get lunch order tingkat. Price increase in Mar24 but still reasonable for the moment.
No complains on food and caterer is responsible to inform when delivery van breakdown 1 day and cannot deliver. They offered to make up 1 day.

The food amount was just right. Delivery was also punctual if not earlier than noon time. Have been ordering from Hew top for some time. Good!

Delivery daily for lunch was on time. Person delivering food very courteous.
Food was warm enough to eat immediately.
Taste wised was generally ok.
Overall cost could be more competitive though.

Food is alright, please don't expect restaurant standard for this price point. Personally think is valued for money. What I like is the they are very accommodative, when I had some personal reasons and need to postpone, they are more than willing to help.

The dishes were good and my family likes it. They suit our taste buds. The Delivery was on time. Good.

Portion too little. Should change the lunch menu within the same month. No repeat of menu if possible

Dishes became more processed food and weren’t healthy for elderlies. Decided to stop ordering from here despite being good at a start.

This is my 41th order from Hewtop. Overall this round can say is stable, dishes not very salty and starchy. Can say is happy with all the foods.

Been with this caterer for many cycles. We are happy with their food and the delivery timing. Although the 4th dish is always some fried snacks, it is ok with us. Will reorder again.

The food generally is nice, except when order 4 dishes, the 4th dishes is always processed food like sausage, fishball etc. other than this, the rest is fine.
