Food is ok.

This is my first time ordering Tingkat so I do not have any comparisons with others. And because it's only a 5 days trial, I cannot comment much on the variety of food. Taste wise, it's acceptable as it's closer to home-cooked food as compared to the Cai Png I bought from Hawkers. Delivery is usually quite early to my area (around 10am++) but it's not a big problem.
But I really like Hilltop's service as communications are seamless and fuss free via Wattsapp (Thanks Mdm Lee) so I will return for renewal again.

Foods are delicious cos my 2 kids finished most of the dishes... Delivery is about at 4pm so in time for hungry children after their school...

The dishes are poorly done, either too hard or tasteless.

My children loves the food and ate more than usual!

I'm not sure if they add MSG, but their food is tastier than other ting Kat providers I've tried. About coffee shop economical rice standard. Soup has taste instead of 'meat vege water'. It makes dining more pleasant. They deliver around 3-4pm, must put into fridge or else vege dish turns sour. Once only the rice was packed full to brim and hot. It turned bad the next day. Other days the leftover rice could keep. 3 person portion is good enough for our family of 2 Big 2 Small. The adults are small eaters, we keep extra for next day lunch which is why I continue to order with them. Thanks for putting effort to make your food welcoming.

This is the first time ordering. The portion is nice for 2 pax. Food not oily. Delicious as well. Worth trying it out.
