Lunch delivered at 915am, Missed Delivery, Not appetizing Reviewed on 12th Sep 2020 Verified Purchase 1. Food is worse than hospital food. Rice is of inferior quality. 2. The food is delivered before 930am (it's lunch, not breakfast) with the advice of consumption between 930am-130pm. Asked Hewtop why the delivery is at 920am instead of after ... More 930am, they claimed the food is cooked by 900am. So rightfully, they have contravene NEA guidelines of consumption within 4hrs of cooking. 3. On one day, we didn't received any food. I called to ask and Hewtop insisted that the food has been delivered and asked me to check if the food has been left at my door (it hasn't). I went out to pack food instead and when I returned, the delivery personnel was at my door claiming that he had delivered the food before 930am and offered to pay for my packed food. That was a blatant lie as he probably had delivered to the wrong household. Reason being that my mum arrived at my house at 930am and I have honest neighbors whom we know for years. 4. And after complaining of being served breakfast (delivery before 930am) instead of lunch, there was a day that the delivery was made at 1230pm (3.5hrs after the food is cooked by 9am), and the delivery was short of a packet of rice. He claimed that he need to go back to his vehicle to retrieve another packet of rice but we could see him going over to the opposite coffee shop to buy a packet of rice (which is of much better and different quality). 5. Service staff isn't apologetic on any of such service lapses.
