More featured quite a bit, with capsicum, basil, use of black pepper. Taste wise is ok but may make the dishes look a bit on the dull side (hence unappetizing). So far we have not encountered a caterer who really deliver well on their promise of seafood dishes. Hewtop is one exception. Prawns were of the larger size, of sufficient quantity, and fresh.
