However, on one occasion, they delivered the wrong order that came with a soup instead of the 4 dish as per my order. Although, this was compensated with one more dish the next ... More day, but the additional dish was only delivered 2 days after the incident as claimed the driver forgot to pick-up the additional dish. On another occasion, the dinner was delivered at 610pm, which was very close to the unsafe consumption cut-off time of 630pm. No compensation was made for this late delivery but only offer a verbal apology on this incident. Overall, the service can be better in terms of packing the right order for customer and on time delivery for better experience to the customer.
